Product Features:

    EA series commercial angle-type air cooler is designed with compactstructure, blowing fan, of which the fans are
installed on the beveled surface; it is compact to make better use of the space in cold storage, which is mainly used for
those small-sized cold storage with small storage spaces.
This series of products has the following characteristics:
1. Casing: Made of aluminum magneslum plate sprayed with powder coating (silver gray RAL9006), lightweight;
2. The side sheet of the heatexchanger is made of aluminum plate, which can effectively protect the copper tube and
reduce the weight;
3. Double water plate design: The outer water plate is designed with hinge structure, which is convenient for operation;
the inner water plate is designed with sink structure made of aluminum plate, and the condensed water or defrost water
Is directly discharged into the drain outlet of the outer water plate through the inner water plate;
4.Coil: Tube spacing 38.1x33 in triangle arrangement, with high heat exchange efficiency;
5.Corrugated aluminum sheet made of hydrophilic aluminum foil, with the sheet spacing of 4.0mm and 6.0mm to meet
the requirements of differentcold storage;
6.Fan: External rotor fan with blowing air, operating temperature:-30-60C,fan specification:p300, and quantity of
fans: 1-4 units;
7. Defrosting: The electric heating pipe is adopted in the standard manner, and the stainless steel heating tubes are
distributed in the coil fins and the inner water plate, which can bring about desirable defrosting effect;
8. The lP65 waterproofjunction box and waterproof connectors are used, with better waterproofing; the fan and the
heating pipe are wired separately, which can lead to high reliability;
9.The outlet of the air cooler isequipped with a needle valve, which is convenient for users to test the pressure;
l0. It is subjected to strict factory pressure test at the pressure of 23bar;
11. Theexpansion valves and other parts can be pre installed according to customer's needs;
